2019 Montegrappa Prize at the Emirates Airlines Literature Festival

Our very own Mr Bob was a runner-up at the prestigious Montegrappa Writing Competition at the Emirates Airlines Literature Festival last week.

The Montegrappa Writing Prize gives first-time writers from the GCC the chance to have their unpublished manuscripts judged by a UK literary agent.

When introducing Bobs work, the judge Mr Luigi Bonomi, commended him for this ability to write in what he calls a ‘voice’ and how well he can pull a reader into the story.
